Kanye West Lists Hollywood Hills House For $3.3 Million - Curbed LA

[Only exterior via new listing; the rest are from 2010]Rapper Kanye West and lover/human being Kim Kardashian have been pretty busy real-estate-wise lately. In January, they bought a McMansion in Bel Air Crest and in February they supposedly entertained offers to flip it; supposedly, they've turned those down and are now carrying out an extensive remodel. Also in February, we found out that Kardashian finally sold her Beverly Hills house. So this makes sense: West has now publicly listed his Hollywood Hills house. He'd previously and briefly tried to sell it back in 2010 for $3.995 million. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house is a "modern masterpiece," according to the listing, and comes with walnut floors, Minotti chandeliers, and "plenty of space to build a swimming pool." The old listing also showed a shower aquarium and said the whole place was controlled by computers. Asking price now is $3.3 million.
